Management Team

Below you can see our full management team. Each manager is clinically skilled to varying levels and specialises in different areas of the company to ensure our knowledge base covers every event and scenario imaginable:

Head of QML Operations / CQC Registered Manager: Paul Saddington

paul@quadmedical.co.uk

Paul Saddington, the UK Events Operations Manager, has over 17 years experience in pre-hospital care having worked full time on the frontline for the NHS ambulance service.

As Quad Medical Ltd’s Director, Paul has been instrumental in the success of many major events such as the Isle of Wight festival and the Moonwalk Edinburgh & London and London’s largest event since the 2012 Olympics, Tall Ships Festival in Greenwich. Paul is often seen to ‘lead from the front’ with a ‘hands on approach’ and is heavily involved in planning, staffing and managing events.
Due to the dynamic nature of events and the environment they are held in, it is essential to have a flexible and adaptable medical management plan, therefore, Paul's role often involves liaising with event organisers and staff to ensure a bespoke service which offers the highest standards of care.

Medical Advisor: Dr. Ritesh Sinha

Having worked within London’s major Trauma Network in Emergency Medicine, as well as across a range of disciplines including acute medicine and psychiatry,  Dr Sinha is a highly skilled and knowledgeable physician providing the Quad Medical team with strong clinical leadership and evidence based guidance.

Dr Sinha is a great presence at the larger QML events not only  independently as an outstanding clinical professional but also as a valued and respected team member offering support and guidance where ever he can.

caroline@quadmedical.co.uk

Caroline is a hard working and dedicated member of the team with over 18 years’ pre hospital care experience having worked in event medicine and patient transfer services before becoming a registered adult nurse.

Caroline has worked in two of London’s Major trauma centres in both an Adult and Children’s Emergency Departments and also in both Adults and Children’s intensive care. In addition to this Caroline has worked as part of an Emergency department’s research team, as a staff nurse in Acute Medicine and in an acute medical high dependency unit as well as having experience as a senior staff nurse on a surgical ward. Having already gained an Honours degree and Masters degree in Biomedical sciences, Molecular pathology, Caroline is adept at searching the most current evidence base to create QML‘s policies, protocols and guidelines. In addition to this Caroline has served as a Metropolitan police officer, meaning she has unscrupulously high standards and expects the best out of the QML team. Caroline is present at events in event control coordinating services and supporting staff both with their clinical practice and personal welfare.

Duty Manager: Matthew Button

matt@quadmedical.co.uk

Matthew has joined our team following on from over 11 years within an NHS Ambulance Service, with the last 7 years being attached to the Emergency Planning Department. During this time he has been involved in many large high profile events and has gained a Diploma in Health Emergency Planning.

Matthew plays a vital role in planning and leading a selection of our large scale events which we provide medical assistance for throughout the year.

He has a wealth of knowledge within pre-hospital care and emergency preparedness.

Quad Medical Mascot: Benjamin

Last but not least, here is Benjamin, the Quad Medical official Mascot (and the real boss!).

Benjamin enjoys road testing uniform by spilling food and drink on it. He loves to stress test equipment with strenuous playing and is always the first to accept deliveries to unwrap them like its Christmas.

If anything needs a label, Ben is there with his dynamo (labelling machine) and ready to peel the back off of a sticker.

Benjamin brings some real entertainment to QML.
