Managing Director

Paul Saddington

Paul Saddington, the UK Events Operations Manager, has over 17 years experience in pre-hospital care having worked full time on the frontline for the NHS ambulance service.

As Quad Medical Ltd’s Director, Paul has been instrumental in the success of many major events such as the Isle of Wight festival and the Moonwalk Edinburgh & London and London’s largest event since the 2012 Olympics, Tall Ships Festival in Greenwich. Paul is often seen to ‘lead from the front’ with a ‘hands on approach’ and is heavily involved in planning, staffing and managing events. Due to the dynamic nature of events and the environment they are held in, it is essential to have a flexible and adaptable medical management plan, therefore, Paul's role often involves liaising with event organisers and staff to ensure a bespoke service which offers the highest standards of care.
